Return Policy

 

At Underground RC Raceway & Hobbies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

 

  • Unopened Items Only: To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and in original condition. Please note, opened packaging or used products are non-returnable. Returns made with stapled or taped packaging may incur a 20% restocking fee or be refused.

  • Electronics and Batteries: NO returns on any electronic products (including but not limited to batteries, chargers, motors, ESCs, servos, transmitters/receivers, light kits, and ready-to-run vehicles), even if the packaging is unopened.

  • Return by Mail Only: Online purchases must be returned via mail; in-store returns are not accepted for online orders.

  • Return Instructions: To initiate a return, contact us at chall@redneckrc.com with your order number and product details. Once processed, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note, buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return. We do not offer store credit or exchanges.

  • Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee up to 20% for returns, especially on those that qualified for free shipping.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance merchandise, opened, misused, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is damaged during delivery or defective, please contact us immediately at chall@redneckrc.com with your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Underground RC Raceway & Hobbies is committed to fast and secure delivery of your RC products. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us:

 

  • Shipping Locations: We ship to all U.S. domestic locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands, as well as Canada, Mexico, and select international destinations. Some countries may be excluded due to local regulations.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders). Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion, but if you need a specific carrier, choose your shipping method during checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (business days). Orders placed by 1 PM EST will often be processed same day.

  • International Shipping: Please note, international orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We highly recommend USPS Priority Mail International for insured shipping. USPS First Class International offers no insurance.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery takes 3-10 business days depending on location and shipping method. We do not guarantee delivery dates, as the carrier controls delivery times.

  • Risk of Loss: Once an order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss and title pass to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is not delivered or arrives damaged, contact us within the specified timeframe. We can assist with locating or replacing the item.

  • Signature Required: Certain items may require a signature on delivery, especially orders using Klarna financing. Please plan accordingly.

  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

 

Important Notes

 

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when an item is damaged or defective upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
  • Delayed Deliveries: Extreme weather or conditions may cause delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding during these events.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within one hour of payment processing. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to domestic orders over $99 within Zone 7. International orders and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories are excluded.
